Another one of my "eye contouring" posts! I wish the shading was a little bit more clean but it's still okay. I love using purples and since I haven't exactly gotten used to pink, I thought I should do a purple and pink look with my Dame's Desire Palette from MAC. And you guys know me and my blue liner lol!

Alright, so i've never purchased any Chanel beauty products. I adore them but I always feel like I can get a good dupe for a cheaper price somewhere else. However I love their jewelry and their handbags! One of my biggest superficial dreams is to own a gorgeous Chanel purse and the Louis Vuitton travel set Ha! sure...
But recently Chanel has been branching out and Karl Lagerfeld has put his precious brand on sporting goods and temporary tattoo's! And as an active lady, I can't help but swoon over these snowboards!! They come in Resin, Wood and Fiberglass snowboards with the famous Chanel logo. It's the ultimate sports gear for fashionista's everywhere lol, except the retail price goes for $2,750.00 so you'd have to be a rich fashionista but whatevs..
(I want both :))
Chanel has also come up with the ultimate Chanel Couture Bicycle!! Omg, if I had money coming out my derriere I'd buy this bike for day trips to New York's Central Park (Yeah right lol). And it only retails for $12,000.00. but seriously, Uncle Karl has thought about the active fashionistas and it's Genius!
And to round up my entry, I found out that Chanel is going to release a limited edition of temporary tattoo's. Omg it's like fashion for rebel's lol (kind of). But it's cute because Chanel has created a collection of whimsical designs for the trendiest of trendy. All you have to pay is $75 lol
I know I'm doing a pricey blog, but a girl can dream :) Couture can branch out to all types of personalities, especially the active and rebellious, or the one's who get super indecisive about tattoo's (like me).

Just for fun, I always go for a deep Red nail polish when I have nothing else to wear. My favorite is China Glaze's Heart of Africa, I freak out when I empty my bottle but thankfully China Glaze always carries this color. I've been using it for the past two and half years, and it was my very first China Glaze purchase ;) It's gowjus!

I was getting ready for a night drive to El Sobrante with my lovely cousin, and I ended up playing with my favorite neutral palette. My Coastal Scents matte palette is my "go to" when I want to keep it simple. I love the way it looks and it's super simple and clean :) I also bought my first Brow Pencil by Ardell in dark brown. It works really well and comes with a small spoolie at the end of the pencil. So far I like it, but we'll see.
These classy ladies made Crab Melt Sammiches! And with my not-so-expert help, I buttered the bread and put them on the griddle lol DEEELISHIZ with a can of PBR or a glass of Moscato-- We'Z classy :)
It's the Bizniz ;)

Urban Decay has the prettiest color Green in their Book of Shadows II palette! The color is Homegrown (and yes I know I did a "Homegrown" look already, but I was being dyslexic and the color was "Flipside" not Homegrown lol) but I was playing with it and I only used three colors and my MAC glitter liner. Supa Fun!
Really simple and really easy to do!

I was playing with a few blue shadows that I have lying around and I decided to do a Blue and Teal look. This literally took 6 minutes to do haha, I guess you can tell since the edges and blending is a bit harsh. But it's fun to do if you're going out or if you really REALLY like Blue :)

I have found to be the holy grail of top coats!!!! This product has been around for the longest time, and people have been using it for years, but I recently purchased my first bottle and I cannot stop RAVING about this product. Most polish addicts are fully aware and may understand my new obsession with Seche Vite's Top Coat, so here goes my review ;)
This product is a fast drying top coat for nail polish. This polish has a way of penetrating through to the base coat of your polish to form a single solid coating over your actual nail. Seche Vite's wonderful formula not only leaves your polish long lasting, it leaves your nails feeling silky, strong, and gives you a gorgeous glossy effect that LASTS! The only problem is you have to maintain the bottle. Make sure to keep the dry polish residue off of the bottle neck, also if the polish starts to get stringy after a couple of uses they have a Seche Vite Restore product that you can use to keep the consistency of the polish. The restore (thinner) that they have, is also good for other nail polish brands when they start to string out. The products sells for $9.99 but as a Sally's club member I got it for $6.50, pricey but it's worth it :)
I went to Sally's to purchase the top coat and they had a promotion where, if you purchased one top coat you get a free China Glaze nail polish for FREEEZIESSS. You should have seen my face when the sales associate told me that, I left my card on the counter and ran to the display lol. I know, not the smartest thing to do but I was too excited! I chose China Glaze's Awakening which is a duo chrome pink and orange.
With my extra Art Deco nail brushes and black rhinestones I created this design:
And with the Seche Vite Top Coat, it's been 5 days with no wear and tear! Except one of my black rhinestones came off because I was moving furniture and boxes in my office.
but yes, great buy! if you're obsessed with nail polish you should try this product, it's BrillZZZ! lol

I have been waiting for this collection to come out for some time now and I was really happy with the collection as a whole! I didnt need any of the shadows since they were all neutral colors (And Lord knows I have a lot of neutral eyeshadows lol). So I hopped on the lipsticks and one of the pigments. I purchased:
5N (Lustre) Lipstick which is a plumy sheer brown
Empowered (Satin) Lipstick a creamy mid-tone brown
Spirit & Soul Lipglass which is a frosted dark brown and finally
Rich Life pigment (my only eyeshadow) a dark brown pigment with silver shimmer :)
That's it for the All ages, All races, All sexes collection :)
Another collection that came out was Lillyland :) The colors were SUPER fun! They were all so bright and playful, the products that stuck out to me were their cream blushes and Lipgelee's. The cream blushes are a bit bright but they sheer out beautifully on all skin types. Unfortunately I didnt get to purchase any even though I was eyeing the orange one lol, but the Lipgelee's were sooo pretty! I purchased Resort Life, an off white gloss with pink pearl shimmer in it. It's GORGEOUS!! especially on top of my Empowered lipstick ;) Sooo Sexy lol.
So here's a few pictures from my haul:
5N from the All Ages, All Races, All Sexes Collection
Empowered from the All Ages, All Races, All Sexes Collection
Spirit & Soul from the All Ages, All Races, All Sexes Collection
Resort Life Lipgelee from the Lillyland Collection
Rich Life pigment from the All Ages, All Races, All Sexes Collection
:) DELICIOUS lol
I also did some swatches from my haul just in case you wanted to see. Im an NC42 so take into context the skintone when looking at it :)
Lovessss it!

I was looking for colors to use for my next look and I couldn't come up with anything good, so i took to my Twitter account to see what everyone would recommend. I got a lot of Golds, Greens, Teals and especially Pinks! So I'll do a look with Pink first since I rarely use Pink when I do my makeup. I was so nervous when I was trying to blend the white and the pink cause I knew that if I messed up, then that would be the end of my look haha. but i think I did okay, I used a light hand to blend and for the most part I did an okay job. But I am getting better at it!!
yeah, yeah? I likey mucho! lol

From the Style Warrior collection, I introduce you to Strange and Exotic. This gorgeous purple lustre lipstick which goes on slightly sheer, but if you use the right lip liners the color comes out really really nicely :)
funnnn!

I finally got some blending down!!!!!! It's not perfect but you can actually SEE the colors I used lol. I wanted to try using really bright neon shadows in my palette. I learned that the further my hand is to the face when I hold the brush, the lighter the application and thus, a cleaner blending technique. wooot! (Look mom.. I'm learning lol) anywhoooooo here's my look :)
:) I'm one step closer to getter better at this art. I'm so excited!!! LOL
